Really enjoyed my great stay in an enchanting town. Throughout the day staff were friendly. Beautiful location of the hotel to downtown in a very quiet environment. Further, it was so close to all the restaurants, shops and theatres, the river, and gardens, parks and town.

We had a lovely one-night stay at this charming B&B. The owners, Rhonda Lee and Tony, were incredibly hospitable and informative, making us feel special on our anniversary. The heritage home was beautifully decorated and conveniently located, perfect for exploring on foot. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing a restful night's sleep. The highlight was the third-floor entertainment space, equipped with a TV, extensive collection of DVDs and vinyl, games, and even a full kitchen. Breakfast, tailored to our preferences and dietary needs, was delicious. Highly recommended!
We do recommend this B&B.

The breakfasts were amazing and the customer service was top notch. the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and were very hospitable and informative. the property was beautiful, both inside and out, creating a charming and peaceful atmosphere.
One aspect that could be improved upon is the size of the ensuite, as it may not be suitable for overweight individuals. the lack of central air conditioning was a downside, especially during hot weather.

From the moment we arrived, Rhonda and Tony made us feel incredibly welcome. the attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, with every small touch adding to the overall experience. Each morning, we were treated to gourmet breakfasts that catered to our specific tastes and dietary needs. the hosts went above and beyond to create a unique atmosphere, complete with personalized tableware and delightful music. I have to mention the third-floor entertainment space that was a true highlight. It offered everything from a TV and DVD collection to a foosball table and even a full kitchen. It was truly wow-inducing. the location was also perfect for exploring the downtown core and attending the nearby Stratford Theatres. Rhonda Lee and Tony were not only knowledgeable about the area but also extremely pleasant to talk to.
Cons: Can't fault the property in any way.
